YZRE-H  Motor for Marine Hoisting and Metallurgy (Wound rotor + Brake)

1. Introduction

YZR-H series motors of marine hoisting and metallurgy have the advantages of high overload capacity and high mechanical strength, and is especially suitable for driving various lifting and metallurgical machinery or other similar equipment.

YZR-H series motors are wound-rotor motors.

YZRE-H series motors are composed of YZR-H series motor and DC electromagnetic brake, comply with the existing machinery industry standard JB/T7077 requirements. The series motor has the advantages of high overload capacity, high mechanical strength, compact structure, adjustable brake torque, low cost of control and maintenance, these motors are suitable for short time or intermittent operation, frequent starting and braking, and sometimes over load lifting and metallurgical equipment, the motors can drive and brake the translation and lifting of these devices, the motor is provided with a disc brake, so that the motor has good braking effect.

2. Use conditions

(1)The ambient temperature does not exceed 40ºC (general environment);

(2) The altitude is not more than 1000m;

(3) Frequent mechanical vibration and shock;

(4) Frequent starting, braking (electrical or mechanical) and reversal.

3. Motor’s rated frequency 50HZ, rated voltage 380V.

4. Wiring method: the power of 132KW and below the stator winding is the use of Y connection, greater than 132KW is the use of delta connection, when the Y method, the motor can increase the zero lead.
